Ben Paley

Monday 4th November: We are delighted to welcome Ben Paley as our guest! Ben has played at the club many times since its inception, with his band The Long Hill Ramblers and in various duo combinations. However... direct from his solo tour of the USA, Ben brings his brand new solo album home to Brighton. Expect songs and fiddle tunes from the American, British and Swedish traditions, not to mention the fine beer for which the pub is renowned, and the club's customary cheery musical fellowship.

The Bombadils

Nova Scotian maritimer Luke Fraser and Alberta prairie-girl Sarah Frank create beautiful harmonies and enchanting melodies with old folk songs, poetry, and original songs in a Canadian folk and contemporary bluegrass framework.
They made a guest appearance at the club about 5 years ago when Georgia Lewis & Friends were playing, so it's about time we got them back for a full gig!
